Vicki Lee Kreiser, born and raised in Lebanon, Pennsylvania began apprenticing at the age of 10 in her father's bicycle business.  Attending Annville Cleona High School and Lebanon County Vocational Technical school, she studied Advertising, Marketing and Branding.  Upon graduation she continued her education and went to work in corporate America.  Since then, Vicki has successfully forged a diverse professional profile.  In 1992, she launched The Bookkeeping Company, through which she and her capable team extend a comprehensive bank of services designed to assist clients simplify and modernize the administrative protocols for both financial and human resources procedures at their companies.  Specifically, she partners with clients to secure accurate and streamlined business records.  She prioritizes efficiency and productivity across key platforms, including payroll management.       

          With a special focus on supporting fellow entrepreneurs, Vicki proudly counsels’ others as they navigate the complexities of a start-up, or a fledgling business evolve toward stability and prosperity.  Through her dedicated consultancy, relying in part on her own authority as a small business owner, she has guided numerous companies to achieve the best possible outcomes.

          Recognizing a desire to want a more meaningful purpose in life, she created the Success Coach for CPA’s and Bookkeepers in 2014, where she shares her knowledge through mentorship.  As the president and chief executive officer of the program, she interfaces directly with finance professionals seeking to progress their careers, advising them toward a clarity of vision to in turn realize broader objectives.

          Vicki credits her professional advancement to her father’s exemplary model and his consistent encouragement.  She further cites Jeffery Combs as a critical part of her support system, as well as Douglas Dohner and Perry Reifsnyder, a past real estate investment partner and key collaborator which lead her to build a presence in the real estate arena, earning licensure in Pennsylvania and onboarding with Bering Real Estate in 2021 allowing property management to be added to the bank of services offered by The Bookkeeping Company.  Additionally, Vicki harbors an innate independence as well as deep determination, and both attributes have proven foundational to the varied entrepreneurial ventures she has pursued thus far including Stellar Trash, a brick and mortar and online thrift and consignment store and finally GNV Real Estate Investments.
